Full Membership
Full membership is the core of the Alliance. It is open to established national Producer Responsibility Organisations (PROs) operating in one or more EU Member States. As a full member, you are part of the decision-making body that defines the Alliance’s strategic direction, policy positions, and priorities.
You have voting rights in the General Assembly, can nominate representatives to the Board, and actively participate in all Working Groups and activities. This gives you direct influence on joint advocacy, policy work, and technical collaboration – across sectors and materials.
Full members benefit from early access to EU policy developments, a trusted platform for technical and strategic exchange, and strong representation at European level. Membership also provides visibility among peers, policymakers and stakeholders, and reinforces your national role through shared expertise and joint positioning.
Associate Membership
Associate membership is designed for organisations that are active in the EPR and circular economy space, but do not qualify as national PROs – such as emerging PROs, service providers, research institutions, or cross-national initiatives.
It’s the right choice for those who want to stay close to the pulse of EU policy, access expert discussions, and connect with the leading PRO network in Europe.
As an associate member, you are invited to attend General Assembly meetings and participate in most Alliance activities, including selected Working Groups. While associate members do not hold voting rights, your perspectives and expertise are welcomed and valued in our community. This membership offers you a front-row seat to key developments – and a platform to build visibility, understanding, and partnerships across the EPR landscape.
